Throughout my sophomore year of College, I saw the need for sustainable clothing options that didn't sacrifice the love for fashion. I created Rent It Out, a clothing rental service with an intentionally curated shoppable closet for any event. Whether you’re shopping for a sorority event, game day, birthday party, or wedding, RIO's has it all.

Rent It Out has become one of my favorite parts of college. Being able to share my love for fashion and my closet with girls on my campus has been so fun!

RIO works with Renters & Lenders. Rent It Out has a much bigger closet than my own. We have pieces from girls across campus who also want to rent out their clothes, they are our Lenders! It creates one big shared girl closet, the more the merrier! Our Renters are girls looking for a one-time rental to wear one of our pieces!

Since starting RIO, we have made over 2K in revenue. It has taught me much about business ownership, inventory control, and customer service. It has also taught me the importance of staying up to date on trends to generate a successful ROI.
